I've seen some rippers from those "one stop shops" or places that fly you in "free" for a weekend, put you up in "free" accommodation and wine and dine you before the sale. Of course they're inflating the price.
100% finance, 50/50 from different lenders, after a couple of years they decide it's not for them and ring up an agent in the area and he suggests 80k less than they paid as a start point!
Most are blissfully unaware though.
