Forget ASIC.
Shareholders best option is Maurice Blackburn, IMF or Slater & Gordon.
There's two benefits in getting litigation lawyers involved.
1. Shareholders may recover some money through a settlement.
2. It will be a pain in the arse for past and present management having to prepare their defences.
There's little doubt NXS has been mismanaged to death. Shareholders have certainly not been properly informed of events happening within the company.
