I would like some reference for that.I checked and could not find any reference to Glencore and the lease.What was in retrospect a very poor and very weak agreement between Glencore and BTR at Perkoa,nothing would surprise me.Glencore has been able to spend their way to near full ownership,with nothing to show for it.
For instance it wouldn't surprise me if the Perkoa's above ground mine became profitable after Glencore obtained full ownership.
