I was going to write a sharp retort to your comments about me.

But first I decided to briefly review your history on Hotcopper.

If where you have posted is a true reflection of the state of your investments then I am appalled and feel very sorry for you. I hope you manage to recover your losses.

And I understand why you can not abide what you perceive as criticism, even by someone who held EVG/PGI shares for 3 years.

Try to remember that the trend is your friend, and comments/views of management must be filtered by our bulldust meter. Having talked with the ever so friendly Brien Johnson several times I came to realise that he was just another salesman and was in over the top on how to deal with the plant issues.

I then found the sell button (or rather phoned my broker) in 2012 to terminate my involvement with PGI. Had I not done so I would now be down about $200k. As it was I walked away with a reduced profit.

And a word of gratuitous advice - I think you would be better off if your money was managed in an industry super fund account than by you.
