Spruik if you really thought that would be the case you would seek legal advice wouldn't you?

In the case of something like what Spruik has said was to happen has anyone had any experience rallying the troops on a formal basis? It makes you wonder whether shareholders as a united group need to be better informed from a legal stand point. Maybe hotcopper could be the conduit for uniting shareholders against management practices. I for one would never blink at spending a few hundred dollars if it meant being more informed and therefore protecting my investment. I'm sure there would be many more who felt the same.
