I could not agree more mate.

IMO Wharf were asking questions and getting no answers.

Their answer to this was to refuse to pay when their questions were not answered. Did that get them the answers to their questions? NO, instead they got shafted out of the JV.

Now the issue I see here is that they were shafted out by EGO AND ERM... CM and co didn't kick Wharf out by themselves, ERM were apparently on board with the decision. We now have ERM at the helm so short of a major backdown I can't see this being resolved easily....

A darn shame IMO as we could use the extra $3 mil balance payment.
