How anyone can put a negative spin on today's announcement is beyond me.

IMO, the tick of approval given by Mitsubishi is further confirmation that CNQ is on to a good thing and that it will only be a matter of time before funding is received and the share price is rerated.

Many forget that the time we have spent waiting for Mitsubishi to finalise their due diligence would normally have to be spent preparing a definitive/ bankable feasibility study anyway if CNQ had decided to attain funding through normal means.

The announcement also mentions continued improvements in the Tailings Retreatment Plant which should have positive flow on effects when it is used during the hard rock production phase.

Looking good IMO.
