Morning all, I think we may be seeing a substantial holder notice outside the obvious one that is expected from MDO. It could be that the 30m line of stock transacted off market by MDO was with the same private investor. This being the case their holding will now be above 5%.
Also, I can't say this with 100% confidence, but I think MDO are finished selling for now with about 14-15m shares left in their kitty.
If I am correct, this is all good for RMX. A new holder that was willing to take another big chunk, and MDO selling what they needed to and now holding on to their remaining parcel for a while longer.
This doesnt mean we are set for stellar news necessarily but it will give confidence to the market regarding RMX and this massive overhang that has dragged us down is gone for now!!
