By virtue of your finding the T20 remains unchanged seemingly negates that view.

PALA the exception obviously, however IMO that is not related to any sentiment by PALA. IMO more to do with a certain commercial agreement and the interlink between PALA, Citi and UBS AG. As they aren't required to report any detail of transactions within the agreement, apart from where PALA relinquishes legal ownership of shares (selling as opposed to stock lending), we will never know.

Not to say it can't occur though.
