There are those in the stock and those not.
But, clearly you are right, both groups are awaiting the infrastructure announcement. SP and volume telling us that loud and clear.
Can't see any of us here on HC having anymore to contribute until that announcement.
I have been waiting a long long time for this asset to be realized, what's another 3 months in the scheme of things.
Noble's involvement will be the catalyst.
Where people exit or enter will vary.
Glass 1/2 full and filling, SP fundamentally must adjust.
