There are a lot of online trading rooms around, you can Google to find them.

I joined one a couple of years ago for six months, and learned heaps.

Some are more broadly based, and other's are more specific, like futures trading room, FX trading room, stocks TR, options.... etc,

depends what you want to trade....

I was concerned about how reputable some might be, so I joined one that was not broker based and was recommended to me,
it was VSA/Wyckoff based (which suited me),
and traded CME Futures & US Stocks mainly,
but with an eye on the EUR/USD as well (for one specific trade set up in particular).

Sadly the one I joined is held in US time,
so I was up pretty late at night sometimes
(luckily daylight savings finish's this weekend, which makes it a bit better if you choose to join a US based one).
It went for about three hours each day, from US open.

He taught about all the things mentioned above, and more....
and being online, you could ask questions in real time (written), watch him trade & trade yourself if you wanted.
Sometime's many trades were taken on a particular day, and on other days no trades were taken at all, it just depended on the market at the time & if any set ups appeared.

When there were no set ups appearing (or while waiting for one to trigger), he spent ages discussing trading plans, account management, risk reward, managing a trade once its taken, patience, different strategies etc.
