I do not believe it is as simple as something having to give and it certainly should not be at the the workers end. If something does need to give, perhaps it had better be. Joyce and his cohorts that have been riding the gravy train for the last 5.5years.
Joyce has enough money to retire for himself and the next 5 generations of his family. Wy should the workers who have families and mortgages step aside for Joyce to keep sucking money out of QF? What has he achieved since being CEO, nothing but downhill.
I have said it to my colleagues hundreds of times, imagine the caliber of applicants we would get if we threw the CEO position onto the job market for $1m a year + office, secretary, car, travel etc....
Sick of the greed at the top!
