Hi Redgum, As you rightly point out the all weather road from Balama to Pemba is completed with bridges over all river crossings. Maybe TJ is referring to the seasonal creek crossings between the road and the graphite mountain. These are absolutely irrelevant in the scheme of things and will be dealt with appropriately during the course of construction. Yes, an all season crossing will be built and will be in place prior to shipping commencing. How important is this on the scale of 1 to 100? About 99 I reckon. We are talking about one 10 meter wide creek crossing and another few smaller "ditches". Pathetic that it was even raised by TON as a point of difference.
