PS: Their program is flakey too. If you lose your internet connection for a few seconds, it crashes and you have to reload the whole thing, which can take a few minutes if you're on a weak wi-fi net connection.
And they never reply to emails.
And $500 holding costs is a laugh. No way did I get the impression that that was possible from their PDS and slick video marketing.
