If rmxo dont get exercised then the company will lose out on the cash injection from conversion and will have to raise funds most likely at a price lower than 1.5c leading to a higher dilution than the amount of rmxo on issue. If the share price is still at these levels at the end of june then this will mean the current drill program results are poor which isnt good news for anyone.
