What are you jibbering about? Is what legal. MDO sold some shares they held and made an announcement saying they are going to make more money elsewhere.

If they didn't say that their shareholders would hang them out to dry you aren't going to say we stuffed up and got pushed into a corner to sell these as it was our only option.

We won't know if any of this is true until you compare news flow for both companies over the next few months but by then this announcement will be long forgotten by most.
