re: Ann: Daily share buy-back notice - Append... With some of the sizes of sales going through I do suspect that there is a seller with a large holding who is off loading, but then again I might be wrong as there haven't been any change in holding notices come out.

I think it's just a case of there are no large buyers nor a multitude of smaller buyers wanting to make a quick buck on any rebound.

A rebound will happen if CFE get a positive result from this $80,000,000 MCC issue, or if they get a positive result from this ATO issue, or if they get a sale of Marampa or some of the other Iron Ore and Gold assets in West Africa.

A rebound isn't happening though as we have had no good news about any of these issues. We don't even know if or when they are meeting with the arbitrator yet. We dont know when we might get a hearing in the Federal Court in relation to this ATO issue. Holders don't know what's going on so we aren't going to have non holders decide to buy on no news as well.

Therfore at the moment I suspect that the Buy Back is holding the SP at 10cents and if there wasn't a buyback we could be down to 5 cents as the market has no idea of when all this mess is going to be sorted.

Personally I feel it will be sorted out in a very positive manner for CFE holders and the SP will skyrocket. That's why I thought it was a Buy at 11 cents and picked up more then. I should have held off and picked up more at 10 cents or maybe in the future at 5 cents. All I do know for sure is that the value of my holding is way down, but not as far down as Tony who is still holding. Though I do note he hasn't been buying lately.
