    Bk just clarify

    when I spoke to the director he said the sale related to the convertible notes issue from late last year at .005c. They sold the lot for a loss of the balance of $400k,

    He was not refering tothe current funder via convertible notes to the value of 5million dollars & who can only sell at restricted lots, don't know if it makes any difference?
