Monark is one of the few that have be asking the right questions.

Case in point is the VERY valid question as to why this latest issue. (Related to the loan.)
Was not settled with the $6m instead of a boat low of free options, interest and fees to extend twice. (For a non interest loan)
Some cash (Which could have only come out of the $6m)
and now 47m shares at just 1c. Which are now being dumped on market.

Of course the answer is very clear to me. Because I have seen it over and over again.
