Lets start with 35mtpa dso which is better than 0mtpa.
Being firm on 35mtpa is better than saying 35mtpa, or maybe 50mtpa, or possibly 100mtpa. The market, lenders, tender participants have no clue what to think with these gbg guys! Or they waste time needlessly going through too many tender scenarios. We have the plan already, lets put it in place.
