Seriously though. If remanufactured correctly pre-used equipment can work just as well as brand new ones.
The RG plant as I understand it, even though it is tiny compared to the giants to the north is still a complex piece of equipment. Whatever the teething problems that have troubled it I feel confident Oceaneering and whomever the board has employed will fix them.
