Hamish has spoken to me on the phone. He tells me that the 50000$ is drivel that the media has centred on. That money he said is to keep people from having to be let go (who are core personnel) while they slash all costs they can and spend as little as possible keeping the core personel 'busy' (I use that term loosely) and they are waiting for the DSO mining to begin. Thus we see that without the DSO their will be a capital raising. The DSO is the key to this company, and the judgement on the appeal is the key to the mining starting. Spending money on mining that is disallowed is folly in my opinion (as it is for Venture). Wasted money. So they await absolute permission. IF the case the greenies have used for their appeal is dismissed the bulldozers will crank up immediately. The greens may protest and appeal...but the permission to mine will be given and will go ahead, until they can get an injunction which won't happen. Instead they might get an appeal but mining will continue(or so I am led to believe).
So we wait.
