AGS specifically cannot do their own marketing of any minerals produced...(other than Gold)

This is clause 4.3 of the Joint Venture Agreement and is confirmed on page 6 (point 15.1B) of the Heathgate Statement of Defence.

You can download this yourself and has been posted on here some time back...but it says..

"...that in respect of all other minerals (as defined) subject of the mining operation Alliance shall appoint Heathgate to market and sell on its behalf its share of the Minerals, so produced."
