Technically you are right but R. Kennedy did not put that press release together this morning and it doesn't just land at the ASX and is put out instantaneously without verifying things first, (the ASX are not turkeys like some media that let kids release statements on forged letter heads) this news would have been known first thing this morning in trading circles and maybe well before now.
Anyway R. Kennedy himself has sold shares in the last couple of weeks and would have known this news back then was coming, that doesn't really instill confidence in his appointment if the chairman goes and sells shares at a time especially when SP is in the doldrums.
