Obe's, I might need some help here, but wouldn't ECT have asked Arup for an estimate on the DFT? And then wouldn't the SDB have been structured according to the Arup estimate? How far off the mark would a company like Arup be given they're impeccable reputation? We are handing money over to Menzies for what? The sp is being diluted, why?
