Ff, best you acquaint yourself with the obligations inherent in an ASX Ann.

I am acquainted ,but I have to say that the ASX rules are no guarantee of accuracy because the Lynas management are then only required to couch their words to ensure that they have no legal liability. Anyone who reads their announcements should see ample evidence of that!

Frankly, I can clearly see given the LYC's failure to perform as guided the past two years what the ASX rules are worth as an assurance of accuracy and correctness when applied to LYC guidance! Why can't you?

The problem I suppose is we have to deal with people from all sorts of backgrounds and ways of thinking so I have no argument with the reasoning behind "your style" it just the credibility of the data you choose to use! As the saying goes in computer science "garbage in garbage out" is the main risk for you IMO. Worse still there are so many sources of data out there that seem to be mutually exclusive in nature your Dots could lead you anywhere!

I would suggest you would need to constantly compare your Dot picture with reality to have any idea if you are even using the right dots? I would suggest given your outright denial of the industry response supply issue that you are probably using the wrong dots!

If I have an issue with you it is that you tend to believe that yours is the only correct way to do things - but it's not! It would be more correct to say it is the correct way for you!

As you say some folk's opinions appear not to be well reasoned so we then have a choice. Ignore them, attempt to help them to reason it for themselves, or finally abuse them. Only the first to are reasonable in my view but their is no guarantee that they will ever see things the way we do!

As for the SMSL, HH guys - I cant speak for them but I will say this - They have the right to protest even when they are wrong! I don't agree with some of their reasoning but its where they live and they have nothing personal to gain from LYC being there. LYC should manage the fears of the local comunity better if they can!
