Anyway as my last post stated the important word is "execution", IMHO this has the lovely aroma of substance, it seems there was no mincing of words they mentioned the project financing in its entirety for the “development of the Oakajee Port and Rail Infrastructure Project in the Mid-West region of Western Australia.”. WA Gov still keeping our 1 odd billion warm for when the project needs it??

Anyway this is something Zero that I believe cannot be intepreted a dozen different ways. I have not come across many TH's that have provided so much towards what it is about, they will be anouncing the execution of a project financing agreement for the development of the Oakajee ...........
