    too many wrong facts.. like house prices only 4x income? really? it hasnt been 4x since the end of the 90's.

    and population growth creating demand? really? we have had much higher population growth in other decades though periods when house prices were falling...


    i guess its good proper-gander if you are exposed to the bubble..
