    I did analysed the market. Clearly market reacted upwards on the first day (1/4) of announcement. Since then, people had a hard look at the proposal and decided to sell down to 2.9-3c.

    After months of waiting and lender waivers, clearly the market didn't like it.

    What do you want me to say??? Market loves this proposal and everyone decided to sell at massive losses. Look at sp and ask yourself an honest question.
