I am back in after being out for a number of years , this use to be called Olympus from memory when they were then developing Keysbrook, then Matilda unfortunately same old managment still in MZI, who seem to have been less than ideal in creating wealth for shareholders.
Project has its merits low strip, good infrastructure, high IRR which is surprisingly as also having a long LOM. also downstream processing in place.
Against it is can not hedge mineral sand prices on the LME, and many projects seem to look good on paper then become failures (Australian Zircon).
