Looking more closely at the Company Announcement - there is no reason or justification or benefit that I can see.

Only a good opportunity for the share price to be trashed and for some cheap buying ....at less than one third of the cash value of the company.

I will be writing to ASX to object to any proposed Suspension.

Would be happy for anyone to explain why ASX would agree?
