I find it suprising that if the company does have concrete project details why they wouldn't have released them to market but look if they get the finance then that's great.

As to why I haven't invested in CDB, well I'm not looking for another spec investment atm but regardless there are no real project details to analyse and I like more visibility over my investments. I watch with keen interest though.
