ASHOKVENKITARAMAN 5,000 (at £0.01)ORDINARY 50.00
GRAHAMEMCKENZIE 3,500 (at £0.01) ORDINARY 35.00
BRYNHARWICK 1,500 (at £0.01) ORDINARY 15.00
Phylogica does not own any of the shares.
However, it is likely that our effective ownership of the technology is governed by a license/royalty deal. We contribute the Phylomer screening technologies - get a share of the discoveries.
Venkitramam, McKenzie and Harwick all were involved in researching the following paper. This gives a very clear indication of the Phenomica focus:
