    CCA Just got a new CEO from Grain corp,

    And your surprised they are doing a top level strategic review? to look at the direction and purpose of the organisation & decide what needs to be done to achieve their goals more easily, cheaply, quickly.

    This is stock is going cheap in my opinion,
