Hi Zen, as mentioned previously, to assume that all 61 African countries will behave identically, just because they happen to be in the same large geographic unit, doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. Singapore and Uzbekistan are both in Asia. Would any investor therefore assume that they will treat commercial development proposals in the same way?
As for the Chinese company that failed to specify a price for a 15% holding, before signing the contract, this doesn't sound like the world's greatest performance as far as DD is concerned. Maybe it's also time they hired new lawyers. I suspect the brief quote does not tell the whole story.
