Looks like Mr Powell is making a false claim and then contradicts himself ,he has no evidence except the harm to the coal by burning , UCG ? The Department suggests there is no immediate risk to the land holder or water boars ,after they have been on site for 9 months , so what is the serious risk of environmental damage ,UCG ? what a miss guided wacko ? no wonder this country is loosing another Australian clean fuel technology company .
