Given the defaults this is where the noteholders will control of the company.

Imagine this if you will..i own a mine but get into extreme debt and the mine is unable to pay the interest on my loan...i speak and debate with banks and they give me some stand still agreements on the loans with conditions that my customers continue and the mine make X amount of dollars each month.

Now the Nickel price falls what is what happened back then, a major customer pulls out and defaults are triggered.
Back to discussion with banks as i am desperate for cash.
They cannot throw more in as not profitable and administrators are called in.

Then noteholders and new investors are willing to recapitalise the company and this is what is happening.

You as an owner defaulted on loans as you were well aware of with many announcements on these defaults whilst the company was trading, yet you and many others ignored this and placed your cash on the line for a gamble

Why take such a risky punt and now be angry with the consequences.I hate losing too but we need to move on for our sanity, our families and our happiness.

IMO the recap will go ahead, i woulg grab 100 to 500K and invest in notes is what i would do.

    This is how business works

    Hope this helps
