Yes Perth is chugging along just fine at the moment.

They are adding more office space..at a time when office vacancy has been increasing and is expect to increase further..

They are adding more apartments, funnily enough at a time when the residential vacancy rate is also increasing..

..and they want to add a couple of hand-fulls of hotels at a time when occupancy is declining..

Certainly, as always..interesting times ahead for market watchers.
