    re: more tin rattling ahead? My guess is that in order to raise the $1.2 PCC had to do some pretty good coercing of TC's clients. Who in their right mind would throw money at a company, essentially drowning, without the knowledge of genuinely better things on the horizon?

    I wouldn't.
