3 MMscfd would be fantastic but seems unlikely in a tight reservoir.

1 MMscfd would probably be acceptable because it would suggest laterals could do the job without any serious need for fraccing.

Anything under 500 Mscfd would represent a technical challenge that may or may not be solvable depending on how amenable the play is to fraccing. Unfortunately I suspect this is what we're likely to get, if anything.

It's worth keeping in mind that 6% helium would effectively double the value of the gas from $4/GJ to around $8-9.

Ultimately, a decent rate is "the higher, the better."
