This sideways track is just unwinding the sharply oversold short term indicators whilst maintaining the strongly downside momentum indicators on longer timeframes IMO.
I have it just below halfway point of a downtrend channel from the high last week, if it keeps going sideways eventually it will run into the top of the channel for its next leg down - i can hope!
It will take until tomorrow morning for that to happen though.
