ann out - asx waiver , page-41

I wonder if we are all confused ( lol ), by thinking we would hear before or on 11 April..but,maybe its 30 April..??

To enable Nkwe to issue the final tranche of $13,000,000 Bonds, ASX has granted the Company a subsequent waiver from Listing Rule 14.7 to the extent necessary to permit
the Company to issue the Bonds later than 3 months after the date of the General
Meeting, on the following conditions:
1. The Bonds are to be issued no later than 30 April 2014 and otherwise on the
same conditions as approved by shareholders on 24 July 2013

Im confused & really hada nuff of Companys lack of Info....lets hope, finally its worth it...Good luck guys...
