The fact is, if we remove the emotional diatribe, the video was not really hate speech. The speaker in the video was venting, in a very unskilful way, very valid grievances, namely, the illegal & immoral invasions of Iraq & Afganistan by the USA, UK & its Aussie lapdog.

It is generally admitted now that the US government told porkies about weapons of mass destruction. We can find many videos by Americans who accuse their government of an illegal war.

Many Westerners have called for Bush, Blair & Howard to be charged with war crimes therefore the preacher in the video does have a common cause with many Westerners

Similarly, his call for Allah to kill Hindus & Buddhists was a rather idiotic way to vent his sorrow at what has happened to the Rohingya people in Burma, which, again, is a valid grievance.

Even Time Magazine had a issue titled "Buddhist Terrorism". Was this "hate speech"?

Therefore, this idiots problem is he mixed valid causes with hate speech. His valid causes offer him some respite.
