but they said in regards to citic that they really dont know when maybe in 12 mths and nothing is in concrete.
Yet it seems PDY is leading the race and hoping to start building the project within 9mths and have the money in there hands.
I can not see them getting knocked back the IP will be the same set up that the chinese can do.

There seems no agreement signed by the govt and Citic so Barnett is just had talks and they are interested in doing the project.

PDY is ready to go with the backers sitting there(we hope)so the Govt will earn either way game not over yet for PDY
