A couple of things had me perplexed a while ago-why were SBS removed as managers at Asmara when Clifford was in charge, especially as he is also a director of Sunridge?, what is his role in this so called bid for a company that he also is a director in, what recommendation can he possibly put to SBS s/holders?? as he is on both sides of the fence, why have all directors not made a call on all these partly paids they were given-prefering instead to dilute their s/holders outta there, and if they forfeit them-whens the auction--theres millions of em
