Thanks everyone who has sent constructive feedback. On fundamentals I think ADO is a god thing, but don't want to buy in as the SP falls for technical reasons (or general falls across the market). So what I'm really I trying to get to is some understanding why a head and shoulders is considered a negative signal? Could it relate to closing gaps in the steep steps on the rise side? Or does it reflect stop losses from buyers on the shoulders causing a breakthrough of support before falling further? Perhaps something else?
