Here are some responses to your points below;
1) We have had a great response to our cry for members. This was the case before the article in the Weekend Australian and also after. Whilst we'd like to keep the numbers and holdings in confidence at the moment, but we can assure you that we are approaching a position in regards to the numbers required to instigate formal shareholder action. We are also communicating with some larger shareholders.
2) Given the lack of communication that members have received back from Nexus Investor Relations, we don't believe that a mass email campaign is in our best interests. We'd suggest that NXS management are already aware that we are a united group from our activities to date. We are continuing to engage with several organisations to increase our public profile and the bring attention to the proposed takeover bid.
3) We have already requested the share registry from Nexus. To date, no registry has been supplied and no reason given for not supplying. Failure to supply a Company share register is a breach of Section 173 (s3) of the Corporations Act 2001 which states a maximum timeframe to supply of 7 days. We are actively progressing this matter through the appropriate authorities.

5) We are undertaking our own research using industry experts and other consultants as we have a degree of scepticism regarding company funded research!
