i will ask you this? do you know what the discount rate represents? do you believe, given the placement implied cost of equity that 8% is the right number here?
have you seen the NPV calculation with less optimistic POG and recoveries assumptions?
the 100M NPV figure by itself is meaningless
as opposed to you i believe the assumptions are far from conservative
