I tend to agree with them :-)

No perfect answer here, which applies to ADO and other stocks. I do think we (i.e. investors, not day traders) over trade, myself included. But then I have been fortunate (sometimes) to sell down stocks when I think they get ahead of themselves. BKN is a great example; you can set your watch to its rise and fall and rise -- But just watch; it WAS predictable until now that I mention it!

But don't think for a minute that hedge funds and forex traders are winning the game. Hedge funds on average performed worse than the market for most of the past five years (see below). I don't have specific forex trading results because mostly individuals, but I recall a source saying few make money in that asset.
