Its a deliberate stacking on the Buy side...as said previously ...6 million one buyer....been there for a few days...the trader obviously has a sell order on and is trying to make it look like there is "double the buyers" don't read into it...this order gets pulled the minute it looks real!... no movement today cause there are no fools.... only 5,072,746 genuine bids that's from .037 to .039.... market say's PRR stocks are worth no more than .039 at the present time.... we know that will not be for long as PRR is and remains a great little company with great things to come....but a VERY long way to go yet!!... hence the current market valuation.
